How I failed to create this collective?

Hello everyone! Well, I have been trying to create this collective unsuccessfully but also I haven’t been able to get a lot of support. Despite, believing there are a lot of good ideas and gems in the scenarios or projects that I have been describing seems like a mix between good ideas haven’t hit home yet and my lack of experience in this somewhat new scenario for organization.

I will need to organize some other things though. Nevertheless, I believe that in the meantime where I am organizing shops and so on, which will take some time until I have everything in my hands, I can share a lot of my experiences that I am having with other side of organizing that might be of interest to a wider public. So, basically, I’ll side hustle this blog till I got everything going. I hope everyone is ok, with what’s about to unfold. It’s not big but it will be interesting while I got all the necessary organized till these projects are more structured.

Have a great day everyone!

This is the Blog for the Free Wind Collective. This is an Anarchist Collective of Water Related Labor Workers that expands on the Notion of Flexible Organization for Water Related Labor Relations. At the moment we are in an initial phase of development. We are looking for Sailors, Dock Workers, Service Workers and Language Workers to develop projects inside the Collective. We use an approach of 75 - 25, 50/50, 25 - 75 structure of organizing. This is an expression used to indicate that Worker's Associations will need a structure of 75% Wrokers' Cooperative to 25% Free Union, 50WC/50FreeU, 25WC/75FreeU as an indicators that depending on context Workers' Project will need one thing more than other and that may change with time. Right now we are organizing Discord Channels, DIY courses, Flip Boats Cooperatives, and Workers' Port Union Organizing and a book that encompasses these ideas to raise funds for the Collective. We decided on an Anarcho-Syndicalist structure to take on these projects. Stay tuned for more! Free Wind Collective
